All Board of Property Tax Appeals forms must be signed before they are submitted.  The forms cannot be filed electronically with the Lane County Board of Property Tax Appeals.

The deadline to submit your petition is December 31, 2009.  Petitions must be delivered, or postmarked, by December 31, 2009 to be received timely.  Petitions delivered or postmarked after December 31, 2009 will be dismissed.

Real Property Petition - Use this form to appeal the value of your real property land and buildings, manufactured structures, or industrial machinery and equipment.

Personal Property Petition - Use this form to appeal the value of your business personal property or your floating property.

Petition for Waiver of Late Filing Penalty - Use this form to appeal the penalty assessed for the late filing of a real or personal property return. 

Authorization to Represent - Use this form to authorize another party to sign your BoPTA petition.
