Weeldreyer thanked County Administration staff for their hard work putting together the State of the County.
11. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. SECOND READING AND PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance No. 11-99 Amending Chapter 2 of Lane Code to Define Terms for Removal of Fair Board Members (LM 2.300). (Third Reading and Continued Public Hearing: February 2, 2000)
Commissioner Sorenson opened up the Public Hearing. There being no one signed up to speak, he closed the Public Hearing.
MOTION: to approve the Second Reading and Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 11-99.
Dwyer MOVED, Weeldreyer SECONDED.
VOTE: 5-0.
12. OTHER BUSINESS
None.
There being no further business, Commissioner Sorenson adjourned the meeting at 2:15 p.m.
