Todis responded they started a new diversity committee on training and it was well received.

Morrison thanked Todis for all of his work on the Munsel apartments in Florence.  She said the evaluations that came in depicted the sentiment of the Board on the fine job he had done this past year.

Todis reported they received HACSA’s current rating from the previous year of a 97.8 out of 100.  He added the scale was tighter this year and he was proud of his staff for their hard work.  He added this year would be the biggest change that HACSA had.  He noted they have a new HUD director and there will be a change in the governing board and different policy issues.
