b. EMERGENCY BUSINESS
ORDER 97-2-5-2H/In the Matter of Authorizing the Executive Director to Apply for Assistance from the Oregon Housing and Community Services Department’s Consolidated Funding Cycle (CFC) for the Jacobs Lane Housing Development.
Jim McCoy, Development Director, reviewed this item for the Board (see material on file).
MOTION: Approval of the Order. Cornacchia MOVED, Dumdi SECONDED. Responding to Green, McCoy confirmed that the Housing Policy Board has adopted this as one of its projects. VOTE: 5-0.
