Commissioner Bobby Green, Sr., presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Anna Morrison, Peter Sorenson and Cindy Weeldreyer present. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

2.    CONSENT CALENDAR

a.    Approval of Minutes: February 3, 1999, 9:00 a.m.

b.    ORDER 99-2-24-1H/In the Matter of Accepting a Bid and Awarding Contract #99-C-0005 for the Improvements to a Eugene Home.

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

Weeldreyer MOVED, Morrison SECONDED.

VOTE: 5-0.

3.    EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

None.

There being no further business, Commissioner Green adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
