HACSA MEETING - BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Harris Hall - Main Floor - 9:00 a.m.
Commissioner Bobby Green, Sr., presided with Commissioners Bill Dwyer, Anna Morrison and Peter Sorenson present. Cindy Weeldreyer was late. County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, County Counsel Teresa Wilson and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

BEGINNING OF CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Approval of Minutes: None.
b. ORDER 99-6-23-1H Signing and Submission of HUD Form 52836 Approving the FY99 Comprehensive Grant Statement and Five Year Action Plan.
c. ORDER 99-6-23-2H Signing and Submission of HUD Form 52836 for a Formal Budget Revision of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development FY98 Comprehensive Grant Program.
d. ORDER 99-6-23-3H/In the Matter of Signing and Submission of HUD Form 52836 for a Formal Budget Revision of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development FY97 Comprehensive Grant Program. (PULLED - see below)
e. ORDER 99-6-23-4H Accepting a Bid and Awarding Contract #99-C-0040 for Improvements to Five Veneta Duplexes.
Morrison requested to comment on the Veneta Duplexes, Order 99-6-23-4H.
MOTION: to approve the remainder of the Consent Calendar.
Dwyer MOVED, Sorenson SECONDED.
d. ORDER 99-6-23-3H Signing and Submission of HUD Form 52836 for a Formal Budget Revision of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development FY97 Comprehensive Grant Program.
Morrison noted that with the bid recap sheet, the low bid taken contained a $38,000 spread between the other bids. She added the company is from Washington state and there would be additional costs of lodging for people they would be bringing. She said she hopes the County receives a product that will be sustainable over a long period of time.
MOTION: to approve ORDER 99-6-23-4H.
Morrison MOVED, Dwyer SECONDED.

There being no further business, Commissioner Green adjourned the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
