Required Services

 

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for LCP 2012-03 will be received at the Public Service Building, 125 E. 8th Avenue, Eugene, Or. 97401, Department of Management Services, and will be opened immediately after the deadline.

The project consists of the general construction services for the removal of hazardous materials and the demolition of the existing Annex Building and associated site work, located at 135 E. 6th Avenue, Eugene, including all site work, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services. Bid are required for the entire work described in the bid document, however bids will be received from Bidders for a) just the removal of hazardous materials, and b) just the building demolition, or c) removal of hazardous material and building demolition.
