To review the Lane County policies mandatory for vendors. Lane County has established these policies to promote safety, health, and a positive and non-discriminatory working environment for all employees, workers and citizens. All vendors doing business with Lane County are required to understand and comply with County policies regarding smoking, use of possession of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or animals; and discrimination, harassment, violence, or offensive behavior.

Summary: The work of the RFP includes supply and erection of a prefabricated steel structure intended to provide weather protection to a Sheriff’s Office training facility, which currently consists of wood framed walls on a concrete slab. The desired structure is a cover, open on all sides, with minimum inside dimensions of 60’x90’, a minimum interior clear height of 20’ along the midpoint of the short dimension, and a minimum clear height of 10’ at the perimeter.

The work of the RFP is for comprehensive medical health, dental, pharmaceutical services and cooperative mental health services for inmates of the Lane County Adult Corrections and Community Corrections facilities. The selected proposer will be responsible for the provision of health care services to inmates from the commitment of an inmate to the custody of the jail until release of the inmate from custody. The program requirements include inmate medical screening, admissions evaluation, triage, sick call, care of medically fragile inmates, pharmacy services, psychiatric screening, suicide risk assessments, mental health services, preparation of Director’s Holds and Oregon State Hospital commitment reports and Hearings, medical clearances for intra and inter-agency transfers, work clearances, and the continuing care of identified health problems, detoxification and emergency services.
