Lane County has established these policies to promote safety, health, and a positive and non-discriminatory working environment for all employees, workers and citizens. All vendors doing business with Lane County are required to understand and comply with County policies regarding smoking, use of possession of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or animals; and discrimination, harassment, violence, or offensive behavior.

Summary: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify potential grantees for receipt of grants from Transient Room Tax (TRT) funds dedicated for the purpose of promoting tourism in Lane County. Grants are awarded by the Lane County Board of Commissioners. Grants resulting from this RFQ may be made for periods of up to 3 years, and may be made renewable, at the discretion of the Board. The Board's intent will be, if possible, to identify a single grantee for allocation of the TRT funds; however, the County reserves the right to award grants to multiple grantees, award only a portion of the TRT funds allocated for marketing services, make awards conditional upon additional requirements, or make no award, as the Board determines to be in the County's best interest.
