The Family Mediation Program provides mediation and parent education services to Lane County parents.

Family Mediation Services
The Family Mediation Program provides mediation to parents who have a current legal action in Lane County concerning final custody and parenting time. The program is funded by a portion of marriage license fees and domestic relations filing fees. There is no direct charge to parents for their use of the service.  Find Out More.

Focus on Children Parent Education Class
If you have minor children and you are involved in a current Lane County dissolution or legal action to establish custody or parenting time, you are required by the Court to attend Focus on Children. Find Out More.
