The Equity and Education Coalition, E2, was created to help further equity, access, inclusion, and diversity across the agency. This group is made up of department directors, supervisors, and other county staff. The focus of this group is to ensure that equity is included in recruitment, retention, policies, procedures, activities, and programs throughout the county.

Employee Equity Summit
The Equity Summit was created as a way to allow County employees the opportunity to network across department lines as well as provide additional training to those committed to Equity, Access, Inclusion and Diversity throughout the county. It gives attendees a space to identify best practices to ensure equity is at the forefront of our interactions with clients, patients, customers, and community members within Lane County.
