Technical Services Support
The Technical Services division supports customer needs for cost-effective, efficient information technology services by providing services and support to other information technology professionals in customer organizations.
Activities include operation of a 24/7 data center, planning and implementation of LAN based systems, system support for Microsoft Windows servers, coordination of a regional E-mail system, regional network interconnections, and Internet access. Technical staff members are assigned to Data Center Support, LAN Systems Support, and Network Support. Staff includes a Technical Support Manager, Senior System Network Analysts, an Operations Manager, and Computer Operations Specialists.
