Recording of legal documents relating to real property; including contracts, liens, deeds and other conveyances of real property. Maintains records and indexes for retrieval through computer and microfilm in accordance with state and local mandates.
Recorded real property records are available to the public in the following ways:
- On-site “self-help” Public Records Library with printed instructions available.
- Staff conducted public records research, with options for producing certified or regular copies. All staff research is subject to applicable fees.
