The Land Management Offices Move to the
Public Works Campus June 19th:
The LMD office at the Land County Public Service Building will be closed on Friday, June 15th and Monday, June 18th. LMD will 
re-open at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 19th at the new Public Works Customer Service Center.
LMD's new address will be
3050 N. Delta Highway, Eugene, OR 97408

The Compliance Program enforces the County's land-use, building, and nuisance ordinances by responding to and investigating reports and inquiries from the public, County staff, and the Board of County Commissioners. In the majority of instances, compliance is obtained by voluntary cooperation.

The Board of County Commissioners has adopted an Administrative Civil Penalty Code designed to provide a method of enforcement that is flexible enough to accomplish the purpose of enforcement, but also constrained enough so that enforcement actions are taken responsibly with the care necessary to preserve the rights and interests of all citizens of Lane County.
