NOTICE: Lane County Land Management Division Management recognized that the current technology fee assessment's tiered, flat rate structure caused a disproportionate burden on lower cost permits (currently is $50 for all permits over $100). To address this, the fee has been revised to a 10% surcharge on all permits with a $100 maximum, effective April 1st.
