Junction City Hwy 99 Refinement Plan Board of County Commissioners Hearing
Junction City is requesting that Lane County and ODOT co-adopt a Junction City Hwy 99 Refinement Plan (Refinement Plan). The Board of County Commissioners (Board) will hear public comments at a public hearing on the Refinement Plan. The Board is being asked to amend a Lane County Rural Comprehensive Plan to co-adopt the Refinement Plan as a Refinement to the Lane County Transportation System Plan (TSP). The Lane County TSP is a Special Purpose Plan of the Lane County Comprehensive Plan.

The Refinement Plan includes lands that are within the city limits of Junction City, outside the city limits and inside the Junction City urban growth boundary (UGB), and outside the Junction City UGB on rural Lane County land.

The Lane County Planning Commission recommended to the Board approval of the Refinement Plan on April 15, 2008. The Junction City Council adopted the Refinement Plan on March 10, 2009.
