Client Billing Service

H&HS provides a billing service to anyone enrolled in the department's mental health or alcohol/drug/offender programs. Charges for services are on a sliding fee scale, with the exception of court mandated or condition of probation fees. Included in the billing service are monthly billings to clients, Medicare, Oregon Health Plan, and private insurance. The county will bill both primary and secondary insurance.
