What:  Lane County Commissioner Rob Handy is hosting an “H1N1 Update”

When:  5:30-7 p.m., Monday, November 9, 2009

Where:  Sheldon Park Assisted Living and Memory Care, 2440 Willakenzie Road, Eugene

Who:  Lane County Public Health Program Manager Karen Gillette; Lane County Public Health Community Health Nurse Cory Hoover and Lane County Commissioner Rob Handy.

“This will be an opportunity for community members to find out more about the H1N1 virus, the current status of H1N1 vaccine on the local level, and measures each person can take to help protect themselves from this virus,” said Jennifer Roberts, LPN, and Executive Director at Sheldon Park Assisted Living.

Commissioner Handy, working with Lane County Public Health, is inviting community members to attend and hear an update on H1N1 in our communities.
