Locations and Times:

 

Valley River Center

10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays through March

 

Gateway Mall

10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays through March

 


All community members over 6 months of age are encouraged to come to these clinics and get their FREE H1N1 vaccine.

 

The weekend clinics at the malls are operated in conjunction with Maxim.

 

In addition, Lane County Public Health now has an agreement in place for many pharmacies to offer the vaccine free of charge.

 

To get a free vaccine at a local pharmacy, people must be at least 15 years old and be uninsured or have insurance that does not cover the vaccine. Be sure to ask your pharmacy if they have free H1N1 vaccine available.

 

Lane County Public Health continues to provide free H1N1 vaccination to children and community members over 6 months of age. Walk-ins are welcome from 8-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 p.m., Monday through Friday at 135 E. Sixth Ave., Eugene. Appointments are also available by calling 541-682-4041.

 

Many healthcare providers also continue to offer H1N1 vaccine to their clients with health insurance or at low cost. A complete list of vaccine locations, including free and low cost options, is available at www.lanecounty.org or www.google.com/flushot
