Lane County Parole & Probation Requests Community Assistance Locating Sex Offender

Contact: Lane County Public Information Officer Anne Marie Levis, 541-915-4659

EUGENE, Ore—Lane County Parole & Probation is requesting the community’s assistance locating a predatory sex offender who has failed to check in with his parole officer.

Jeramy Adam Ball has previously been convicted of rape and sodomy and is considered a sexually dangerous offender. Parole & Probation is requesting community members call Kim Menjou at 541-682-3040 if they see or have any information about Ball.

The Parole & Probation Department helps keep the community safe by monitoring offenders and requiring routine meetings to ensure compliance with any court mandated restrictions. The

Department takes this responsibility seriously, helping offenders re-acclimate to society without reoffending.

Ball is not believed to have reoffended; however, the community’s assistance is being sought due to Ball’s history as a dangerous offender.

See attached statement for additional information about Ball.
