CITY OF EUGENE:
1st Avenue W. (Jackson St. to Adams St.): Contractors will be constructing new storm water mains in the roadway. Parking on the north side of W. 1st Avenue will be closed west of Adams Street. Expect lane closures, construction equipment and workers in the roadway, slow traffic and brief delays.
6th Avenue W. (at Madison St/I-105 off ramp): Crews will be making repairs to the storm water collection system Monday through Friday nights from 9:00pm until 6:00am. Expect lane closures, construction equipment and workers in the roadway, slow traffic and brief delays.
13th Avenue W. (Bertelsen Rd. to Commerce St.): West 13th Avenue will be closed to all traffic at Commerce Street for approximately 2 weeks. Local traffic should approach businesses from Bertelsen Road.
13th Avenue W. (Polk St. to Washington St.): Work continues on the north side of the street. Expect lane and parking closures primarily on the left side of the street. Closures will also impact Jefferson Street north of 13th Avenue.
Coburg Road/Ferry Street Bridge (at E. 3rd Avenue): Crews will be making repairs to the storm water collection system Monday through Friday nights from 9:00pm until 6:00am. Expect lane closures, construction equipment and workers in the roadway, slow traffic and brief delays.
Goodpasture Loop Road: The contractor will be cutting in loops at the signalized intersection on Monday. Expect delays and flaggers. All work should be completed by Tuesday.
LTD West Eugene EmX Project: During nighttime hours, portions of traffic lanes may be restricted on West 6th and West 7th Avenues, Charnelton Street, and Garfield Street as crews locate utilities and relocate water services outside the West Eugene EmX project footprint.
Olive Street (between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue):
Street and sidewalks are closed due to apartment building construction. More information can be found atwww.eugene-or.gov/CapstoneClosures
Willamette Street (11th to 13th avenues): Willamette Street remains closed to northbound traffic between 11th and 13th avenues to allow construction of a new pedestrian and bicycle crossing on Willamette at 12th Alley. Only one lane will be open for southbound traffic.
E. 17th Avenue,Springfield (Glenwood Blvd. to Henderson Ave.): E. 17th Avenue will be closed to through traffic Wednesday through Friday for installation of a new sewer line, with traffic limited to local access only. Work at the intersection of E. 17th Avenue and Glenwood Blvd. will be done Wednesday and Thursday 6:00pm to 7:00am. On Friday, work will continue on East 17th Avenue.
Layng Road, Cottage Grove area (at milepost 0.20 from Mosby Creek Road): Mosby Creek covered bridge is closed until September 15 for the rehabilitation project. Traffic should use Row River Road or Mosby Creek Road.
Paschelke Road, Marcola (Mile Post 0.04 to Mile Post 0.10): The Earnest covered bridge is closed until June 24 for scaffolding installation and painting. Traffic should use Wendling Road to access Paschelke Road during the closure.
Wendling Road, Marcola (Mile Post 3.5 – Mile Post 3.6):The Wendling covered bridge is closed until June 2 for a roofing project. Traffic will detour onto Weyerhaeuser’s haul road.
