CITY OF EUGENE:
W. 25th Avenue (Hawkins Ln. to Brittany St.): The roadway will be reduced to one way traffic during paving on Monday and Tuesday. Watch for construction traffic and expect periodic minor delays.
W. 39th Avenue & Brae Burn Drive: Excavation work for sidewalk ramp replacement continues. Watch for signs, cones, possible flaggers, and minor delays.
Andersen Lane (Hatton Ave. to Horn Ln.): Possible day time road closure to through traffic for underground pipe construction.
Briana Lane (Andersen Ln. to Manzana St.): Possible day time road closure to through traffic for underground pipe construction.
City View Street (W. 28th Ave. to W. 29th Ave.): Watch for construction traffic and expect minor delays while construction continues.
Division Avenue (River Rd. to Randy Pape’ Beltline): Top lift paving will occur from Bear Street to River Road during the hours of 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. All lanes will be open during day time. Use caution and watch for flaggers.
Parnell Drive (Hatton Ave. to Betty Ln.): Possible day time road closure to through traffic for underground pipe construction.
Prairie Road (at railroad crossing near Hwy. 99): Closed through Tuesday as Portland & Western replaces the crossing. Use Irving Road as a detour.
Timberline Drive (Warren St. to Wintercreek Dr.): Work will conclude this week with general site cleanup. Watch for construction traffic and expect minor delays.
Spencer Butte Summit Trail (at S. Willamette St.): Construction on summit trail is expected to continue through the end of July. Work will require occasional partial or complete closures of the butte and adjacent section of Ridgeline Trail. Partial trail closures will continue Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No full closure presently scheduled for this week. LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT:

W. 6th Avenue (Charnelton St. to Madison St.; Blair Blvd. to Almaden St.): One lane will be restricted between Charnelton and Madison Streets, and between Blair Boulevard and Almaden Street. An additional lane will be restricted between Blair Boulevard and Fillmore Street from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
W. 7th Avenue (Tyler St. to Washington St.): One lane will be restricted in the day time and two lanes will be restricted at night.
Charnelton Street (W. 6th Ave. to W. 10th Ave.; W. Broadway to W 11th Ave.): Open for one lane of travel and one side of on-street parking between West 6th and 10th Avenues. Periodic closures may block the north- or southbound flow between Broadway and West 11th Avenue. The Broadway north and south garages and the garage under Eugene Public Library remain open.
Fillmore Street (W. 6th Ave. to W. 7th Ave.): Northbound lane may be closed for utility pole removal.
Lincoln Street (W. 6th Ave. to W. 7th Ave.): One lane may be restricted.
Monroe Street (W. 6th Ave. to W. 7th Ave.; W. 7th Ave. to Blair Blvd.): Northbound lane between West 6th and 7th Avenues and between West 7th and Blair Boulevard may be closed for utility pole removal.
Tyler Street (at W. 6th Ave.): Closed on the south side of West 6th Avenue. Businesses and property will be accessible via nearby cross streets and West 7th Avenue.
Van Buren Street (at W. 6th Ave.): Closed on the south side of West 6th Avenue. Businesses and property will be accessible via nearby cross streets and West 7th Avenue.
Franklin Boulevard (East of I-5 bridge to Glenwood Blvd.): Construction of a pedestrian path and street lighting is expected to continue through summer. Expect a one-lane closure at various times.
S. Franklin Boulevard/McVay Hwy. (from the intersection with Franklin Blvd. to I-5): Installation of a new sewer pipe continues. Expect delays. S. Franklin Boulevard/McVay Hwy. is closed to through traffic. Construction is expected to continue through late September. Access to local residences and businesses will be maintained and allowed by using the designated detours.
Awbrey Lane (Milepost 1.31 to 1.34, railroad crossing): Closed Tuesday and Wednesday while crews work on the railroad crossing near the intersection of Hwy 99 and Awbrey Lane. Use Prairie Road to Link Road as an alternate route.
Maxwell Road (River Rd. to Prairie Rd.): Construction will continue weekdays. Traffic will be merged into the center lane, as necessary. Expect minimal delays.
Marcola Road (Milepost 14-16): Construction will continue weekdays. Traffic is reduced to one lane during working hours and controlled by flaggers. Traffic will be switched to the single lane detour alignment controlled by signals. Expect minimal delays.
River Road (Maxwell Rd. to Horn Ln.): Construction will continue weekdays. Traffic will be merged into a single lane, one direction, as necessary. Expect minimal delays.
Row River Road (Milepost 4.0 and 5.4): Construction will continue Monday through Thursday. Traffic on Row River Road will be directed onto a detour route with a reduced speed. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers, as necessary. Expect minimal delays.
