Major Road Construction Report for Lane County

Major road construction for the week of June 1, 2008. Schedule is subject to change due to weather delays.
EUGENE
Coburg Road: Asphalt overlay construction from the intersection of McKenzie River Drive, northerly, to Vintage Way in Coburg. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and pilot cars, as necessary.
County Farm Road: Asphalt overlay construction Dean Avenue, north and east, to Coburg Road. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and pilot cars, as necessary.

West 18th Avenue from Bailey Hill Road to Brittany Street: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts.
Roosevelt Boulevard from Beltline to Chambers Street: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts.
27th Avenue from Amazon Parkway to Jefferson Street: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts. On-street parking will be prohibited in areas. Work will include roto-milling of existing pavement and top lift paving. Traffic will be restricted to one way at various times during paving operations.
Chad Drive from the East End of Chad to Coburg Road: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts. Two-way traffic will be allowed at all times. Work will include striping, loop cutting, and manhole and valve adjustments.
Chambers Street from Railroad Boulevard to West Eighth Avenue: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts. Two-way traffic will be allowed at all times. Expect delays. Work will include top lift paving as night work, striping, loop cutting, and manhole and valve adjustments.
East 13th Avenue from Franklin Boulevard to Agate Street:Watch for construction equipment, lane closures and lane shifts. On street parking will be prohibited in areas during permanent striping application.
Barger Drive from Terry Street to Primrose Street: Watch for construction equipment traffic, lane closures and lane shifts. Two-way traffic will be allowed at all times. Work will include pipe repairs and construction of concrete sidewalk access ramps.
Courthouse District Transportation Improvements Phase 2: Intermittent lane closures for westbound and eastbound traffic on Mill Street and Broadway will occur to repair existing street pavement.
COTTAGE GROVE
London Road: Bridge construction at milepost 13. Expect intermittent delays with a one lane detour around construction area. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers, as necessary.
