Graduation Honors Youth

What: Martin Luther King, Jr. Education Center's 2007-2008 graduation

When: 6-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 11

Where: Carmichael Room at the Juvenile Justice Center, 2727 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

 

Students participating in the ceremony will be GED and high school graduates, as well as eighth graders being promoted to high school. The ceremony will include students graduating or being promoted from the MLK, Jr. Education Center program, as well as students from Stepping Stones, Pathways and the Phoenix program. There will be student speakers, a lead speaker, visual presentations and cake and punch afterwards.

The media is welcome to attend.
