Lane County Public Works Annual Leaf Pick-up Program

LEAF PICK-UP UPDATE -

NOTE: It is our intention to follow this schedule to the best of our ability. Sometimes it may take longer or shorter than planned depending on many factors. Please check back regularly.

Starting on Monday December 3, County crews will return to the River Road area. County crews will start on west side of River Road north of Maxwell Road and work north to Beacon Drive West. They will then move to the east side of River Road, starting at Beacon Drive East and will proceed south to Division Avenue.

Week of December 24, 2007	A final sweep in the River Road/Santa Clara and Springfield areas will be conducted this week starting on Wednesday December 26. This will conclude the 2007 Leaf Pick Up Program for Lane County.

For residents who cannot take advantage of the County program, there are two local firms that accept leaves and other yard debris for a nominal fee in the Eugene and Springfield area: Rexius Forest By-Products, 342-1835; and Lane Forest Products, 345-9085.
