Taxlots

Under the direction of Lane County A&T, Lane County Public Works sells a county wide coverage of digital property ownership boundaries known as the production tax lot data. The tax lot data set contains a minimal set of attributes for each tax lot polygon that includes map number, tax lot number, and area in square feet. No owner information (name or address) or other geocoded data (such as city limits, UGB, zoning, etc.) is contained with this data set.  See example below.

Data can be copied to a CD and sent via postal mail, or posted to the Lane County ftp site for customer download. The customer will be required to sign and send back an original copy of the Data Disclaimer Document. Lane County will bill the customer after the customer has received the tax lot data set.
