Short Mountain Landfill, Lane County's only municipal solid waste landfill, is located eight miles south of Eugene on Interstate 5.  The landfill is open to approved commercial waste haulers only; no public accommodations exist at Short Mountain.  Please Note:  As of September 1st 2007 new fees are in effect. Click here for rate sheet.

Location: Located on east side of I-5 at Peebles Road overpass. If coming from Goshen use Hwy 99. If coming from Creswell use I-5.

Hours: 7am - 5pm Monday - Saturday. Early access for prequalified commercial haulers with specific approval.
