LAND USE APPLICATION FORMS
This table contains the updated land use application forms. The use of these application forms is required; however, you may submit any additional documents to supplement your application. If you cannot find a specific application form for your type of application, please use the General Land Use Application form (found below under Miscellaneous).
Please contact the Planner on Duty with application questions at (541) 682-3577 or in the Land Management Office Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 1 pm, located in the Lane County Public Service Building. Our Handouts are often helpful when filling out land use applications.
