Lane County Transportation System Plan (TSP)

The Lane County Transportation System Plan (TSP) was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on May 5, 2004. The TSP and associated Lane Code and Lane Manual changes that implement the TSP became effective on June 4, 2004. For more specific information about what was adopted, read the Cover Memo given to the Board of Commissioners during the final adoption process.

The TSP is a 20-year planning document that provides greater clarity for planning and managing the County transportation system in terms of coordination with new development, targeted transportation improvements, fiscal management, and cooperation with local and state agencies on transportation issues. The TSP fulfills state requirements in accordance with OAR 660-012, known as theTransportation Planning Rule (TPR).
