Commissioner Bill Dwyer presided with Commissioners Bobby Green, Anna Morrison, Peter Sorenson and Cindy Weeldreyer present.  County Administrator Bill Van Vactor, Assistant County Counsel Steve Vorhes and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

 

1.  PUBLIC COMMENTS

 

None.

 

2.  CONSENT CALENDAR

 

a.  Approval of Minutes:

September 5, 2001, HACSA, 9:00 a.m.

 

b.  ORDER 02-1-22-1H/In the Matter of Accepting Bids and Awarding Contracts for the Weatherization of Homes, Phase 02-W-0014 and 02-W-0015.

 

MOTION: to approve the Consent Calendar.

 

Morrison MOVED, Green SECONDED.

 

VOTE: 5-0.

 

3.  EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

 

None.

 

4.  OTHER BUSINESS

 

Sorenson requested that the next time HACSA meets, that  the Director be invited to bring an update on the legal issues of how to transform into the new Housing Authority and the process of adding other members.

 

There being no further business, Commissioner Dwyer adjourned the meeting at 1:36 p.m.
