The Lane County Sheriff’s Office Police Records Unit provides public records, including agency police reports and incident logs, to the general public. Please complete and submit the Records Request Form along with fee payment by check or money order made payable to LCSO.

Citizens dropping off requests in person are assisted on a first come, first serve basis and may experience a long wait time.
Please provide a phone number where we can reach you; staff will contact you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., including weekends, if your request requires additional fees. Please be advised that due to confidentiality requirements, ongoing investigations, pending court actions, and HIPPA restrictions, portions words, sections or pages may be redacted fromof report copies made available to the general public may be redacted.
