 LaneCare Overview

LaneCare was established in 1996 to manage the mental health component of the Oregon Health Plan for Lane County. LaneCare is a public insurance company that contracts with mental health providers to offer a full continuum of services.   LaneCare’s mission is to deliver effective, high quality mental health treatment to residents of Lane County.

LaneCare staff are available to talk to you when you need to find mental health counseling or treatment services. We can help you identify an appropriate service and we will help coordinate your care to ensure the best possible outcome for you or your family member.



LaneCare supports a range of mental health services in Lane County including:

•         Services delivered by consumer and parent run organizations
•         Community wide prevention efforts including parent training and suicide prevention for teens
•         Crisis response
•         Out patient treatment
•         Intensive community-based treatment supports
•         Residential and hospital services
