Park Features

Park Hours:  Dawn to Dusk.

Park Location and Description:  38870 Hendricks Park Road, Springfield, OR 97477.  Hendricks Bridge Wayside is located 9 miles east of downtown Springfield on US 126.  This 17 acre site is on the east end of the Hendricks Bridge across the McKenzie River.

Parking Fee: $3 per vehicle year round. 

Unreserved Picnic Areas: Individual picnic tables are sited throughout the turf area.

Game Areas:  Volleyball and horseshoe pits, and an unsupervised swim area.

Boat Ramp: The single lane boat ramp is an ideal site to put in or take out your boat.

Reserved Picnic Area:  The picnic shelter can be reserved for your group events.  The fee is $50 for the day.  The shelter will accommodate between 40 and 50 people and includes a group size barbecue and picnic tables.   The $3 parking fee into the park is not included in the reservation fee.  Please call the Lane County Parks office, at 682-2000, for reservations or more information.

Park Facilities:  Restrooms, running water, and several picnic tables that are located throughout the park as well as the beautiful maple grove.
