Our coalition is a part of a task force seeking well researched and
balanced approaches to decreasing excessive alcohol consumption among
both adults and youth in our community during U of O's home football
games. The task group wants to help create the policies and conditions
for all fans to celebrate the thrill of Pac 10 football at Autzen
Stadium without the negative consequences associated with drunken fan
behavior. Contact Damien Sands at

the unlawful violations of consuming or possessing alcohol. While
many agencies are doing their part to implement their protocol, the
comprehensive MIP process has the potential to be much stronger.

60% of Oregon employers identifying on-the-job drug use as a great concern.
Across Oregon, many businesses identified drug use as the primary obstacle to
hiring otherwise qualified workers. An antidote to these problem behaviors
can be comprehensive drug free workplace policies. They help employees become
more productive, show up on time, make good decisions, and increase employee
longevity at the job. Drug Free workplace policies also positively influence
public attitudes and behaviors on and off the job.
