Group Discount
Groups of 4 or more from the same organization will receive a $25
discount per registrant. This discount is only good for full conference registrations and cannot be applied to day rates. Please contact Sandy Moses at Sandy.Moses@co.lane.or.us or 541.682.3650 to receive a special registration code BEFORE registering for the conference.

Continuing Education Credits
Continuing education credits are included in your registration fee. For more information, see the Continuing Education page.
Hotel Accommodations
Your conference registration does not include hotel accommodations. To make a hotel reservation, please click here.
Payments
Registration fees may be paid online, via a secure system, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check or purchase order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email. If received by October 1st, a 50% refund less the $25 processing fee. No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after October 1st, 2008.
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee. Lane County cannot make exceptions to this cancellation policy.

Confirmation & Activation of your Conference Registration
Your conference registration is not complete until we have received payment and an active confirmation email has been sent to the email address you have provided during the registration process. If you are paying by credit card, you should receive confirmation immediately following a successful payment transaction. If you are paying via check/P.O./electronic transfer, your registration will not be made active and complete until payment has been received.
