We all have a part in helping lower the risk for problem gambling among young people.  Here are some tips of how we can help.

As educators and school administrators, we can review policies on gambling activity on school property (e.g., bingo on campus, casino nights, etc.) Click here for healthy alternatives to these activities | click here to contact us ).

As parents, teach kids about risks and consequences of gambling (click here for tips for parents).

As a community, we can promote protective factors in youth.

All of us can encourage open communication and discussion about gambling.
