A record number of middle school students across Oregon participated in the 2008 Oregon Problem Gambling Awareness Art Search

About this year's art search:

  • 17 regions throughout Oregon participated this year
  • 211 posters were received in Lane County
  • The top 12 posters will be included in a special 2009 calendar, which will be printed in 15,000 copies and distributed all across Oregon
  • Top prizes: $25 gift cards (11 total) and $50 gift card (1 total) 
  • Congratulations to Cascade Middle School teacher, Courtney Reindel, for winning the statewide teacher recognition award! Ms. Reindel will receive a $75 Target gift card to purchase classroom supplies.
