Welcome to the Lane County Engineering Plan Center web site. With approximately 1,500 miles of roadway and 422 bridges in
Lane County’s road system the Department of Public Works awards approximately 30 contracts per year. The Engineering
Division is responsible for plan and specification preparation, advertising, bidding and executing these construction projects.
The Plan Center is located at the Lane County Public Works shops at 3040 N. Delta Highway, Eugene, Oregon 97408-1696.
The plan center is intended to provide information on construction contracting opportunities for contractors, sub-contractors,
suppliers, plan centers and anyone else that desires information about current Lane County construction contracts. We encourage
and solicit your feedback regarding the information provided and what you would like to see included on our site in the
