Americorps RARE Joins Lane County's Community and Economic Development Staff

Alexandra Corvello, RARE Americorps MemberLane County Community and Economic Development has partnered with the University of Oregon to host a Resource Assistance for Rural Environments (RARE) AmeriCorps member for the 2019-20 year. 

RARE member, Alexandra Corvello, will gain important service and professional experience by helping to solve community and regional development issues. 

The mission of the RARE Program is to increase the capacity of rural communities to improve their economic, social, and environmental conditions, through the assistance of trained graduate-level participants, who live and work in the community for 11 months. 

Lane County is happy to have her join the team!
