The public is welcome to provide comments about the project to the Lane County Transportation Advisory Committee (TrAC). The TrAC will hold a public hearing on July 28, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. This will be a virtual (on-line) meeting. Please contact Becky Taylor at [email protected] or 541-682-6932 for more information about the project and/or how to participate in the meeting.

Lane County has a strong policy commitment to public involvement by requiring all projects (other than maintenance and bridges) to have design concepts approved by Board Order. The process requires stakeholder identification and involvement, notices to abutting property owners, and a public hearing and recommendation by the Lane County Transportation Advisory Committee. A Public Involvement Plan (PIP) for the project was developed to help the project team organize public involvement activities, to be effective and meaningful in accomplishing project goals, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
