Assessment and Taxation

Assessment & Taxation has increased alternative payment options, including online payments or payments over the phone (1-833-819-5119). There is a new secure payment drop box on Pearl Street between 7th and 8th avenues. Checks can also be mailed or placed in the Assessment & Taxation lobby drop box during normal business hours.

The service counter is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Changes were made to better protect customers during in-person visits, including sneeze guards at the payment and information counters and installation of a lobby phone for customers who wish to make phone payments on-site.

Please note: Oregon property tax due dates are determined by Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS), and the State Legislature has not made any changes to those dates.
