Personal Support Worker (NEW)

New PSW Enrollment Process

Personal Support Worker (RENEWAL)

If you are within 120 days from your credentials expiring it may be time for you to being the process for your Criminal History Check.  As a courtesy, our office provides a 120 day notice to PSW's but it is the sole responsibility of the PSW to be aware of expiration dates and to act on it accordingly.

PSW background checks can take up to 12 weeks to clear and starting the process early will help you from experiencing a delay in your pay. If your PEAA and/or CHC lapses before you renew, then the period in between your expiration date and when the renewal is approved will NOT be billable.

Please submit the required forms to our office.

PSW Renewal Process

Personal Support Worker (Adding Client)
