November 5, 2024 General Election

A General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.


Important Dates for the November General Election:

  • New Voter Registration Deadline - The deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
  • Current Voter Deadline to Update - You may update your voter registration until 8 p.m. Election Day, November 5, 2024 and receive a ballot.
  • Ballots are mailed to:
  • Military and overseas voters on September 21, 2024; and
  • Local and out-of-state voters on October 17, 2024.
  • Ballot Dropsites open on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
  • The last day our office will mail ballots to voters is Thursday, October 31, 2024. After this date, ballots must be picked up in person at Lane County Elections.
  • Election Day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
  • Election results will be certified on Monday, December 2, 2024.

Here is the list of Official Ballot Dropsites.  The Ballot Dropsites will be open on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 through 8 p.m. November 5, 2024.




Commissioner District Boundary Changes

New commissioner districts, created by the Independent Redistricting Committee, and adopted by the Board of Commissioners, went into effect after the November 2022 General Election. Click the link below and enter your address to view the Districts you are eligible to vote on.
