The
Real Property division of the Deeds and Records office is responsible for recording
legal documents relating to real estate contracts, liens, deeds and other
conveyances of real property.
Recorded real property records are available to the public in the following ways:
- On-site “self-help” Public Records Library with printed instructions available.
- Staff conducted public records research, with options for producing certified or regular copies. All staff research is subject to statutory fees.
- Subscription to the Regional Land Information Database providing online property information. For details visit the RLID website.
