Changes to the Criminal History Check Process

Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services (LCDDS) had launched their new Scheduling Portal.

This web portal is used to schedule Criminal History Checks for our Personal Support Workers.

This change allows Lane County Developmental Disabilities Services to provide a level of enhanced customer service through individual appointments and to ensure that we are able to more quickly and accurately facilitate the initial and renewals of Criminal History Checks, including a review of the PSW Paperwork.
