Personal Support Workers assist eligible individuals with personal care, household tasks and being active in the community.

Announcements:

PPL has instituted a new policy at the request of ODDS - If a PSW has not been active (i.e. paid) in PPL's system for 18 months in a row, the relationship between the individual and the PSW will be ended. In these cases PSWs will need to complete a new Domestic Employee Form and return it to our office.

The new PSW provider portal page. With this new addition PSWs will be able to access the portal in order to upload signed time cards and PSA's. This will make communication even more streamlined and ultimately cut down on processing times.
