What is my property zoned?

Option 1) Search for your parcel on the Interactive Zone and Plan Map Viewer; OR

Option 2) Search for your parcel on the Easy Property Information Lookup; OR

Option 3) Call the Planner on Duty, leave a message with your name, phone number, and property address or Assessor's Map & Taxlot number (541-682-3577); OR

Option 4) Visit the Planner on Duty in our office Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, 3050 N Delta Hwy, Eugene, Oregon.

What does my zoning really mean?

Once you know what your parcel is zoned, you can look up the regulations in the Lane Code. Properties within Urban Growth Boundaries are governed by Lane Code Chapter 10 and all other properties located outside of Urban Growth Boundaries are governed by Lane Code Chapter 16.
