Facility Permits

Facility Permits – Placement of facilities and development within the right-of-way of a County Road and alteration of such facilities and development shall be authorized only through facility permits issued by the Director in accordance with ORS 374.305 through 374.340.  Facilities and development includes, but is not limited to, road improvements, sidewalks, new or reconstructed driveway or road approach intersections, utility placements, excavation, clearing, grading, culvert placement or replacement, stormwater facilities or any other facility, thing or appurtenance. This application form was last updated on June 4, 2024, to correct the deposit from $250 to $1,000 required for Road Construction projects, consistent with Board Order 07-4-11-8.
