We will still be available for claims assistance and so we ask that you use our PHONE-IN SERVICES.  Please call us at 541-682-4191.  We will place you on our list, just like you walked in and signed up in person.  We will then call you back as we work our way through the list.  Some limited defined time phone appointments will also be available.

The Lane County Veterans Services Program is proud to serve the nearly 30,000 veterans, as well as their dependents, and survivors, that live within Lane County. 

Our Veteran Service Officers are accredited VA representatives who advocate for our community's veterans, and their families, to ensure they receive all entitlements provided by Federal and State law. 

If you have any questions about veteran benefits for you or a loved one, please come see us during our Walk-In hours or touch base with us by phone or email.

Lane County Veteran Services provides outreach programs to Florence, Cottage Group, and Oakridge.  Service is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cottage Grove, OR:     Third Wednesday of each month, American Legion Post, 826 W. Main Street (Main St. & River Road). 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
  • Florence, OR:  Every TUESDAY and THURSDAY, 1845 HWY 126, Unit E.  8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 
  • Oakridge, OR:  Second Thursday of each month, United Methodist Church, 48137 E. 1st Street. 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Current clients, please call ahead so staff can bring your file.

Our staff can also help arrange assistance for those who are house-bound or reside in care facilities throughout Lane County.  Please contact our office to discuss.
