SPECIAL MEETING

Commissioner Faye Stewart presided with Commissioners Jay Bozievich and Sid Leiken.  Rob Handy and Peter Sorenson were excused.  County Administrator Liane Richardson, County Counsel Stephen Vorhes and Recording Secretary Melissa Zimmer were also present.

1. EXECUTIVE SESSION as per ORS 192.660

Per ORS 192.660(2)(h) for the purpose of discussing litigation.

2. COMMISSIONERS’ BUSINESS

a. ORDER 11-4-8-1/In the Matter of Settling the Circuit Court Case of Dumdi, et al v. Handy, et al. (ROLL TO MONDAY APRIL 11, 2011)

3. OTHER BUSINESS

Stewart announced that the Board of Commissioners will be holding a special meeting on Monday, April 11 at 2:00 p.m.  He added there will be an Executive Session scheduled with the special meeting and potential action taken following the Executive Session

There being no further business, Commissioner Stewart adjourned the meeting at 2:00 p.m.
