COVID-19 RESPONSE & UPDATES
Update: 7/15/2020
Face coverings are now required in public outdoor spaces.
Many thanks to those who have been wearing face coverings and continue to do so. You are helping to keep Lane County safe by reducing the spread of COVID-19.

Help protect yourself and others: be prepared and have your face covering ready to go when you visit trails, playgrounds, campgrounds, viewpoints and parking areas.

“Any time that you are outdoors, cannot maintain a physical distance of six feet and you are with people you don’t live with, please, please, please put on your face covering,” Governor Kate Brown said. Children over the age of 2 and under the age of 12 are recommended, but not required, to wear a mask, face shield or face covering. People with a disability or medical condition that prevents safe usage of a facial covering are exempt from this requirement.

UPDATE: 6/8/2020
Lane County campgrounds are open on a modified basis. Campers can make reservations via our website or by calling 541-682-2000. Please note that laundry, shelters and some showers remain closed and strict physical distancing requirements between campsites. You can read more about the modifications in our campground reopening framework. Information about our other parks and facilities during COVID-19 is available in our FAQ document.

You can find out more about Phase 2 and the Governor’s guidance for outdoor recreation at http://govstatus.egov.com/or-covid-19.
