OHP has local health plans that help you use your benefits. These plans are called coordinated care organizations or CCOs. Lane County residents will have the choice between the two CCOs Trillium and PacificSource starting in January 2020. You get to choose the plan that works best for you and your family.
Community Health Centers of Lane County has Access Specialists that can help you stay informed and stay connected to your care. They can help answer your OHP questions and enroll in health benefits.
